    We are proud of our high-quality products and excellent customer service. But we understand that there still will be returns due to uncertainties and different customer expectations. We take customer satisfaction very seriously, and we suggest that you check the package immediately upon receiving the item your ordered to see if it is intact or correct.
    We offer a 60-day warranty period after delivery. If your the item is wrong, defective, or damaged please email us at support@emhabit.com with images, package slip and problem details as soon as you receive it for fast replacement or return and refund. The product damaged claims need to be made within 72 hours of delivery.
    In order to make sure your return is processed quickly and the refund is issued fast, please follow the instructions below:
    1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and package. Used products, products damaged by the customer, lightning deals, promotional items, special offer and gifts will not be eligible for returning.
    2. Request your Return Authorization Number and contact us support@emhabit.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a short video of the product that supports your reason. Upon approval you will receive the RA# and the address where you can mail the product you would like to return.
    3. To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing returns. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don't cover custom fees for returns.
    4. Upon receiving your package, the returned item will be checked and a full or partial refund will be issued to your original method of payment used to make the order. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
    5. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
    a. Any item that is not in its original condition, like damaged or with accessories missing due to customer’s incorrect use or carelessness.
    b. Some disposable goods are final and we do not accept returns that are intimate, sanitary or dangerous goods. 
    c. For orders that are shipped at a “Free Shipping” rate, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
    If the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address or shipping address undeliverable or order changes you made and you would like a refund, then shipping fee and order processing fee will be deducted from your refund. However,we can offer you an immediate 20% refundif you would keep the wrong but functional products that we shipped due to our carelessness.
    6. To expedite the refund process, once you have send back the package, you can email us the tracking number, and we will proceed a full or partial refund immediately.
    7. Please wait for 3-5 business days for bank to issue your refund. If you still don’t receive your refund, contact credit card company to know why or email us at support@emhabit.com if you need our help.
