    Q: Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
    A: No, but by setting up an account, you become our VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates about promotions and discounts in the future.
    Q: I can’t log into my account, why?
    A: Please refresh the log in page and double check your email address and password. If you still have a problem, please reset your password.
     
    Q: I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

    Q: What if i entered the wrong email address?
